Student Accounts

Manage Your Tuition and Finances

Manage your educational expenses and stay informed about your financial standing at WSU Vancouver. Because the university does not mail paper billing statements, students are responsible for monitoring their accounts through the digital portal. Accessing your student account allows you to view balances, confirm tuition rates, and ensure all fees are settled to maintain continuous enrollment.

Staying current with your financial obligations is essential for academic success. By utilizing the available online tools, you can avoid registration holds and late fees. Whether you are paying tuition, requesting official statements, or managing campus funds, these resources provide the transparency and convenience necessary to navigate your student finances effectively.

Tuition and Fee Details

  • Deadline: Payment is due by the first week of instruction.
  • Avoid Holds: Unpaid balances may result in account holds, preventing class registration and access to university services.
  • CougarCard: Add funds online to use your card for printing, vending, and campus snacks.

Late Payment Fees

Late fees are applied to student accounts if tuition is not settled by the deadlines established in the Academic Calendar.

Extenuating Circumstances

If a late payment was caused by circumstances beyond your control, you may appeal the late payment fee. For questions regarding specific sessions, contact the Online Student Accounts Office at online.studentaccts@wsu.edu.
