As the primary point of contact for student services, this office provides comprehensive assistance with financial aid inquiries, admissions processing, and registration requirements. Whether you are navigating student accounts or seeking general university information, our staff offers streamlined support to ensure your questions are answered efficiently.
In addition to administrative support, the Cougar Center facilitates essential campus transactions and services. Students can visit our location to manage tuition payments at the cashier’s desk, obtain a CougarCard, or secure transportation resources. By integrating vital departments into a single accessible location, WSU Vancouver ensures that every student has the tools and guidance necessary to manage the business of being a student with ease.

Cashier and Student Accounts
Payments for tuition, course fees, and library fines can be made online via electronic check at no cost. Credit card payments incur a 2.95% convenience fee. For physical check payments, use the silver drop box located outside the Student Services Center; ensure your name and student ID number are included.
Additional Payments and Services
The cashier’s desk also handles transactions for transcripts, Cougar Cash, and nursing badges via check, VISA, or MasterCard.
C-TRAN Bus Passes
WSU Vancouver students are eligible for a free Education Opportunity Pass, which provides a Hop card for complimentary C-TRAN service.
- Includes unlimited rides on all Clark County C-TRAN routes, including Route 19.
- Includes access to The Current, an on-demand rideshare service.
- Excludes Regional or Express routes and TriMet.
To obtain a pass, email the Cougar Center. You will receive a notification when the card is ready for pickup. Learn more about alternative commute options.


CougarCard Identification
The CougarCard is your official campus ID. To receive your card, you must first upload a passport-style photo and a copy of a valid government-issued ID for verification.
Cards are available for pickup at the Cougar Center once you receive a confirmation email. Faculty and staff requiring a card before the start of a term should contact the center to schedule a pickup time.
