Mission Statement
The Office of Student Life and Intercultural Learning helps students connect, lead, and grow by doing. Through student jobs, leadership roles, events, and programs, we make space for every student to take part, build something real, and shape campus life on their own terms.
Vision
A campus community where students connect, create, and graduate with purpose.
Core Values
We create multiple entry points so every student can show up and get involved on their own terms.
Students co-lead the decisions that shape campus life—from programming to policy to culture.
We work to remove barriers that limit student power, choice, and imagination. We believe leadership should be self-defined, culturally grounded, and transformative.
We focus on real skill-building, reflection, and growth—not performative leadership or empty titles.
We work alongside students—not above them. We share power, responsibility, and learning as we build toward change together.
We partner across departments and programs to connect students with people, resources, and opportunities that expand their leadership and learning.
We trust students with real impact—and support them to rise to the challenge.
We believe connection is the foundation of growth, purpose, and persistence. We create spaces where students build relationships that last.
