Event Space Request Form

  • This form must be completed to request space, equipment and services for your event.
  • All events must have a university sponsor. Your sponsor must be in attendance at your event.
  • Completion and submission of this form is not a reservation. The event coordinator will contact you when space availability is confirmed, typically within 48 business hours.
  • Event cancellations must be made two business days in advance.

WSU Vancouver does not have onsite catering. Food may be brought in or catered from off-site, but must follow campus food safety policies. Details are in the Event Planning Guide on the Event Resources webpage.
Parking Services(Required)
Parking at WSU Vancouver is currently $5 per day, Monday through Friday, 7am – 7pm, and can be purchased by attendees individually or in advance by the group organizer. Parking after 7pm and on weekends is free.
