All students using VA educational benefits must fill out the Enrollment Certification Request Form after registering for classes each semester to be certified with the VA.

Students awaiting VA Payments: In accordance with 38 USC 3679(e), WSU Vancouver will not delay or deny access on the basis of a pending payment from the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) for any Chapter 31 or Chapter 33 student. Students may continue to attend classes and register while the institution awaits payment from DVA with full access to all resources and facilities.

Veterans
Partial tuition waivers up to 50% are available to veterans who have exhausted their VA benefits or whose benefits do not cover 100% of tuition costs. Value for graduate students is based on resident regular graduate tuition rates.
Dependents
100% tuition waivers are available for dependents of deceased or 100% disabled veterans, firefighters, and law enforcement officers. See application for full eligibility criteria.
