T.H.R.I.V.E. Program

Discover Your Community and Leadership Potential

Unlock a transformative start to your college journey at WSU Vancouver through the T.H.R.I.V.E. Program. This immersive experience is designed specifically for incoming first-year students who want to build lasting friendships, gain confidence, and explore their unique identities within a supportive academic environment. By centering the core values of truth, history, resilience, intersecting identities, voice, and engagement, the program provides a foundation for both personal growth and student leadership.

Participants benefit from a structured transition to university life that celebrates diverse backgrounds and fosters a deep sense of belonging. Through a combination of on-campus workshops and an off-site leadership retreat, you will connect with peer mentors and staff dedicated to your success. WSU Vancouver offers this program to ensure you have the resources, community, and skills necessary to navigate campus life and excel in your higher education career.
