How to Order Your Transcript

  1. Log in to the Parchment site for your specific institution. Enter your email address and select Continue.
  2. Follow the prompts to provide your personal and enrollment information.
  3. When selecting a delivery destination, search for and select Washington State University. This selection ensures delivery to all campuses, including WSU Vancouver.
  4. Choose your preferred transcript format: eTranscript (secure PDF) or a printed copy sent via mail.
  5. Attach any necessary supplemental documents to be delivered with your records.
  6. Submit your payment information to finalize the order.
  7. Monitor your email for order updates. You may also track your order online through your Parchment account.
