Because WSU Vancouver accepts qualified applicants on a first-come, first-served basis, submitting your materials early ensures you have the best opportunity to secure your spot and begin planning your future.

Former WSU Student Admissions Requirements Checklist

1. Admission Eligibility

You are considered a returning student if you have been absent for more than two consecutive semesters after enrolling at Washington State University for a fall or spring term as a degree-seeking student.

  • Note: If you were absent for only one semester, you do not need to reapply. Contact your former academic advisor to plan your next steps.
  • Other Categories: If you do not meet these criteria, please review the applicant categories to find your specific path.

2. Submit Your Application

Begin your return by completing the formal application for admission.

3. Admission Eligibility

If you attended any other institutions since you were last enrolled at Washington State University, you must provide official transcripts from each school.

  • Electronic Delivery: When ordering via e-Script Safe, National Student Clearinghouse, or Parchment, do not enter an email address. The agency will send the transcript to us directly.
