The WWIN Star Scholarship supports women in Washington state who are pursuing education after high school and working to overcome barriers to opportunity through education.
Program Limitations:
Funding is limited and awarded through a competitive review process.

Apply directly through the Washington Women’s Opportunity Network (WWIN) website.
Eligibility Criteria
Women living in Washington state who are enrolled in or planning to enroll in a college, university, or certificate or technical program and who demonstrate financial need.
Scholarship Renewal
Awards may be renewed each year while a student is working toward their first bachelor’s degree, as long as eligibility requirements are met and funding is available.
