The room is semi furnished, has a large en suite bathroom and a large walk in closet.
Rent is $1050 a month, with utilities included.
Our home is located close to walkable coffee shops, restaurants and is 10 minutes from the freeway.
We are a quiet, student friendly home with two people currently residing in it, one of which is a student at WSU currently.
We do have one resident cat who cannot live with other pets due to health.
