How to enter grades

  1. Select the “Grade Roster” icon before the class you wish to grade.
  2. Enter all grades for all students listed on the grade roster.
  3. Change the approval status to “APPROVED.”
    • You cannot change the approval status until all grades have been entered. This includes classes taught by multiple instructors.
  4. Select “SAVE.”

If you do not have grades to enter for all students, leave the approval status as “NOT REVIEWED” and select “SAVE.” You can return later to enter additional grades.
