Hello! My name is Elliana, I am a 21 year old student at WSUV, majoring in biology.
I am looking for a roommate, preferably a woman my age to live with, but open to others. My goal is to move into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment or house for rent near campus to make the commute easier. Specifically 2 bathrooms and beds, I am a person who enjoys more personal spaces.
I have an electric car I intend on bringing with me wherever I end up, so looking for a lot with parking or a garage would be nice, if you also have a car.
I do not have any pets, but I would like to adopt a cat if the tenant allows pets, so if there are any allergies to pets, I don’t think we would be a good fit.
I am also a semi-vocal person, as I sing (I do use a beltbox for volume). But, if that annoys you, again, we may not be compatible.
Living preferences: 2 bed 2 bath, washer and dryer, a dishwasher, place to park, AC/Heat, and close to campus.
Roommate preferences: Similar age, enjoys/owns cats, enjoys a quiet night in or having 1-2 people over for social activities, enjoys personal space, good communicator, and cleanly/organized. Someone that can have their own life but also be a friend in shared spaces 🙂
I am not interested in hosting parties, going out and clubbing exclusively, or being in a loud environment throughout the day.
