Room 2 (medium): $460
+ ~$100 utilities
= $505 or $560/mo
* Note: rent typically increases a little during Oct. every year
Location: in Orchards
Must be:
– FEMALE and WOC-friendly
– Responsible with own chores and respectful
– LGBTQ and 420 friendly (we have a roommate that does outside, not inside)
– Has NO car (we have no parking space left!)
* We are around 6 miles away from both WSU-V and Clark College. It takes around 45 minutes to get to Clark by bus and 75 minutes to WSU.
Our house is chill – we all usually do our own thing, and we all get along with each other! The neighborhood is safe as well.
