Hi! I have a furnished room in a large house complete with a decent gym, well-equipped kitchen, large yard, laundry facility, and off-street parking. All utilities are covered, including Netflix, Prime, and a few others. Your room has a brand new 55″ TV on the wall. Currently, one room is occupied, but, sadly, he is leaving at the end of the year. (I “adopted” him as my bonus son.) Until then, you will need to share the bathroom.
YOU MUST LOVE DOGS! (And not be allergic to them.) I run a doggy daycare/boarding business in the home, so there are a LOT of dogs coming and going 24/7. Because of the dogs, I have a housekeeping service come in every other Friday morning. The dogs have full access to my bedroom, so my door is always open, and the TV is on (it helps keep the barking down). I am up around 4:30 a.m. because some of my clients have early shifts, but that means that I also go to bed around 8 p.m.
My rules: Absolutely no smoking. Be respectful of the property, the dogs, the furniture, etc. Be kind. Clean up your own stuff.
