Hi, we are looking to fill a room in a 4bd house in the northwestern neighborhood of Vancouver located just west of Vancouver Lake and a couple blocks from the Burnt Bridge Creek trail. The bedroom is $850/month (private bath), and utilities are typically ~$100-150/month/person. We had someone lined up to move in who changed their mind last minute so we’re hoping to fill the room as soon as we can.
The current roommates are myself: 29/f/grad student at WSUV, 38/m/civil engineer and 30/m/accountant. We are all pretty laid back and reasonably tidy, and there are also two dogs. We’d consider someone with another pet if they get along well with the current doggos.
There is a big backyard and a garden space, as well as extra storage space in the garage. It’s a chill bike ride to get to downtown (~3 miles) and we’re on a bus line (the 2). It’s ~0.3 miles to get to the Burnt Bridge trail. The fourth roommate will need to be added onto our year lease (runs through June 1, 2027) and fill out an application with the management company ($40 fee, 650 minimum credit score).
