Enhance Your Degree with Specialized Training
An undergraduate minor provides an excellent opportunity to complement your primary field of study with specialized scientific knowledge. By choosing this pathway at WSU Vancouver, you can integrate coursework from multiple foundational disciplines to deepen your understanding of biological and psychological systems. This academic option allows you to build a structured foundation in the field while maintaining flexibility in your overall course schedule.
Students may apply for the minor once they have completed 60 credits and have a 2.5 GPA. However, they may take minor coursework at any time as long as they meet the prerequisites. The minor requires 16 credits with at least 13 credits at or above the 300-level. Credits for the minor must include a minimum of nine credits of upper-division work earned in WSU courses or through WSU-approved education abroad or educational exchange courses. Courses may not be used to fulfill more than one requirement for the minor.
