Award Information
This award scales based on your enrollment intensity, providing flexibility for students balancing multiple commitments.

| 6 – 8 credits | $600 per term |
| 9 – 11 credits | $900 per term |
| 12+ credits | $1,200 per term |
Maximum Award:
Up to $4,800 total.
Program Limitations:
This award cannot be combined with other WSU Vancouver tuition discount programs. It is valid only at the Vancouver campus and does not apply to enrollment at other WSU locations. Summer sessions are excluded from this funding.
Application Process
Students do not need to submit a separate application for this award. To be considered, follow these steps:
- Complete the WSU Vancouver Admission Application.
- Submit all required admission materials and transcripts.
- Eligible students receive notification of their award automatically upon admission to WSU Vancouver.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Vancouver Transfer Achievement Award, students must meet the following standards:
- Maintain status as a new transfer student.
- Hold a minimum 3.6 cumulative transfer GPA (unweighted, 4.0 scale).
- Have earned 27 or more transferable semester credits (or 40 quarter credits).
- Qualify as a Washington resident for tuition purposes.
Scholarship Renewal
The award is renewable for up to two additional years, provided students maintain the following requirements:
- Maintain a 3.2 cumulative WSU GPA.
- Remain enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per term.
- Continue as a transfer student at WSU Vancouver.

- WSU Vancouver Alumni Scholarship for Engineering and Computer Science
- Southwest Washington Contractors Association Scholarship
