Passport to College

Passport to College helps former foster youth and students who have experienced homelessness transition to and succeed in higher education. It covers tuition and living expenses to ensure financial barriers do not stop degree completion.

Program Limitations:

Must be under age 22 at the time of initial application.

Application Process

Complete the FAFSA or WASFA and contact the WSU Vancouver financial aid office.

Eligibility Criteria

Residents in foster care at age 13+ or homeless before age 21, enrolled at least half-time.

Scholarship Renewal

Renewable for up to 10 semesters (or 18 terms of education).
