WSU Vancouver thrives when the campus community comes together to support the next generation of leaders. The OurWSU Vancouver Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign invites employees to invest in the programs and students that make this institution a vibrant place to learn and grow. Your generosity funds essential initiatives such as the Student Emergency Fund, the Cougar Food Pantry, and a wide array of scholarships. Together, WSU Vancouver faculty and staff create a stable foundation for students to overcome financial hurdles and receive a high-quality education.

Credit Card

The most direct way to support students is through our secure online portal.

Give online via the WSU Foundation
Participate in CougsGive to help unlock matching gifts and compete against other campuses.
If your preferred fund is not listed, contact Madelyn Juul for assistance.

Payroll Deduction

All permanent faculty and staff are eligible for payroll deduction. You can choose an indefinite deduction or a specific pledge amount.

Download and complete the Faculty and Staff Payroll Deduction Form.
Consult the payroll deduction chart to calculate your contribution.
Review the list of available funds to designate your gift.
Email the signed form to Madelyn Juul or deliver it to the Dengerink Administration Building, Room 216B.

Make checks payable to WSU Foundation and include a note or email regarding the fund you wish to support.

Participation Incentives

Every department that reaches 100 percent participation or achieves a 10 percentage point increase over the previous year will receive a special treat. All campaign donors will receive a thank-you gift.
