I am a 28 year old female in Vancouver, WA. I have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment about 18 minutes away from the campus.
I graduated from WSU a few years ago but have found good roommates using this housing board so I’m using it again.
About the apartment:
This apartment is on the top floor, 3rd floor, only accessible by stairs. There’s a small balcony, hardwood floors throughout, washer & dryer in unit, dishwasher in unit, large windows. The entire apartment is about 725 sq .ft. This apartment is right next to a gas station and a Dutch Bros. There is a shared living room/kitchen/bathroom but the bedroom is unfurnished. All utilities, wifi, garbage, water included in rent price. I also have many kitchen appliances/utensils/etc. that can be shared if wanted. $820/ month.
About myself:
I am off during the summer and work school hours during the school year. I have two cats who are very calm and don’t get into anything, they will be skittish at first but then be happy another person is in the apartment. I am a pretty chill roommate who will be respectful, quiet, and clean; I just ask for the same from any potential roommates.
My current roommate is moving out at the end of July so it will be available in August.
You will have to apply through my property management, who will run a background check and have a fee (I believe $50) for the application, prior to moving in but no security deposit is required. You will also be responsible for getting renters insurance for yourself.
I am only accepting female potential roommates.
